Austen, Zack, and Dustin all did a great job of repairing our existing system. They were thorough with regards to communicating the plan, and asked questions to make sure that we were aligned on how the system should operate.
I’ve been enrolled in the Indy Irrigation all-inclusive maintenance plan for 2 years now and never had an issue until this week. I was very pleased to see the company follow through with their promise of free parts and labor for maintenance issues that need addressed/repaired. My technician, Eric Hyatt was an excellent communicator throughout the process, very professional, and efficient with the repair today. 3/12/25 We had a sprinkler leak that needed attention. Zach and Duston from Indy Irrigation came out to inspect the problem. They arrived in a timely fashion and had a solution to the sprinkler issue. I was pleased with the service offered and would recommend Indy Irrigation and Zach and Dustin to anyone that is having an irrigation system issue. Mark Riggins Zionsville
My technicians Dustin and Chris replaced my controller box today. They were efficient, quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. They reviewed how to use the new controller and assured me they or any technician will gladly help me with any questions or problems. Great job!
Eric and Dustin were just here from Indy Irrigation to fix a landscape lighting issue. Creatures were eating thru the wires. I had called late morning for a service call. Around 2:30 Eric called to say that they could be at our house in a few minutes. They showed up promptly, reviewed the situation, rewired the problem area and buried the wires.
