Eric came out and was quick to turn things on and was thorough on his check
I used them for winterization and opening the system this spring. Their tech was inexperienced and ran into issue with one zone not turning off. He could not figure out which zone it was and recommended me to change all six valves for $1200. When I asked the rationale for changing the whole system - he said that he comes from garage door repair background and thats what they do there. Now they want $245 for opening and backflow testing a system that they have left dysfunctional and closed. Stay away from this company, neithe... read more

Austen was very helpful getting my system up and running. Very efficient and quickly identified a leak in my system. He took the time to explain how my unit operates. He even replaced the back up battery on my unit. Really great guy and very knowledgeable.
