TK is the best! She helped me reset an issue with my car's connection with my phone after purchasing my car in November. She worked with me till we fixed it and checked up later. She helped me load links and apps to locate things and fix them either

The manager here is very rude. He makes a lot of noise about the deal and then gives it to me happily. I had asked for a mat in the store and later they did not give me the mat and now they are asking me for the mat. Please pay 250 dollars. ਇਥੋ ਦਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਕਵਾਸ ਆ ਉਹ ਡੀਲ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਆ ਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਚੋਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗੀਲ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਟ ਦੀ ਹੈਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੈਟ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ 250 ਡਾਲ ਕਿ ਪੇ ਕਰੋ

I recommend being cautious when getting service estimates at Honda dealerships. After a diagnostic check, don’t agree to part replacements estimate quoted by service provider right away. First, ask for the part numbers and the estimated labor hours for the job. Then, verify those prices by calling another Honda Parts Department or the same service place and requesting a part quote by email. The service I received demonstrated a profound disorganization and lack of communication. I have been getting service at this place for years and I have never had a poor experience.
