The service I received demonstrated a profound disorganization and lack of communication. I have been getting service at this place for years and I have never had a poor experience. So, when my adaptive cruise control failed as the result of a hit and run accident in the parking lot of my apartment, I knew where to take it. Absolutely terrible experience. After no communication about fees from the Service Advisor, Lauren, and the Service Manager, Cliff, I was told they “hope to never see me again” and to “go find it (my car) in the lot” after giving me my keys back. After seeing previous great reviews, I was hoping for great customer service. I was very disappointed with the service provided. I will never be back.
