RecommendedI’m so thankful I found Indy Fertilitycare 18 months ago. First I worked with her on charting with Creighton method and once we found out we were pregnant I messaged her about Birth Bootcamp. I was very nervous about labor & delivery and now I am a at peace waiting for our little man to come. Liz is so kind, resourceful and a great teacher. Birth Bootcamp is a great program to prepare you for birth! Don’t hesitate, you will really enjoy the course and getting to know Liz!
My husband and I attended a 10 week Birth Boot Camp lead by Liz. It was the perfect preparation as we prepared to welcome our first child in February of 2019. This class was more than a typical birth class... it was in fact a boot camp. We covered topics from prenatal nutrition and exercise to everything you need to know about labor and delivery (pushing positions, phases of labor, relaxation techniques, pain management options, etc.). My husband and I switched practitioners so we could have more convenient followups since we have 3 kiddos and online followups seemed to fit us best. We also were very unsure of charting during the postpartum phase and Liz was understanding and empathetic which helped gain our confidence in the method again.
Liz has been wonderful to work with. When my original practitioner made the decision to focus more on her family, I transferred to Liz's practice. The transition was seamless and I've been so pleased with her gentle professionalism. Having a fertility practitioner who is also a person I can pray with and share with has brought grace to some very difficult moments in my spiritual life and fertility life. I am so grateful for her compassionate professionalism.

Liz is very personable and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate postpartum fertility while nursing and dealing with some unique health issues. Getting accurate data through charting helped me to have productive conversations about my health with my healthcare provider. I love how easy Liz is to get in touch with and how genuinely she cares for her clients!
My wife and I recently took a Birth Bootcamp with Liz. It was an intensive, but very informative class. My wife and I are expecting our first and we learned so much in this class that we would not have learned from the standard hospital courses. With a practical handbook as our guide, the class combined hands on activities, engaging media, and community learning. I feel much more equipped to support my wife on this journey together.
