Our Service Advisor Brendan was very nice and professional and kept us informed on our vehicle service.
Took my Challenger SRT8 for an oil change. Had an online coupon for $49.95. The service advisor stated it would be a little more than that for my car. Having had my oil changed here before, it usually ran around $79. After the service was complete I was handed a bill for $160. No tires rotated. Just an oil change. When I asked why it was so high I was advised it was the rate for my vehicle. In the future, I will get the price in writing before any work is done. I'm sure I can find better pricing elsewhere.
I was a walk-in, but the service person was very friendly and helpful. Everything was handled professionally. Excellent!
