honestly they aren’t bad at hair but everyone there is super rude, i have tried making appointments with gina and she just tells me she’s not available or to go to someone else. when i did go there 2-3 times, the stylists are always gossiping and that’s just not an environment i would want to be in and im sure a lot of people could agree with me on that. you should want to feel comfortable and feel like your stylist wants you in their chair, not because they have too. they are also extremely expensive

My fiancée made an appointment over a week ago with Gina for later this week, after explaining to whomever answered the phone how devastating it has been since losing so much of her hair without warning from an allergic reaction to something new she tried using to remove stubborn product buildup.
