I’ve visited many Industrious locations across America, and this one truly stands out — all because of Kelsie. She is genuinely the best. The level of care, professionalism, and positive energy she brings completely changes the experience. You can tell she truly cares about the members and the environment she creates. This location feels welcoming, organized, and inspiring every single time I come in. Huge appreciation to Kelsie for making this Industrious location my favorite one yet.
My experience at Industrious Beverly Hills was honestly very disappointing, mainly because of the receptionist. She was a tall woman (I didn’t catch her name, possibly wearing glasses) and was on her phone the entire time, speaking loudly enough that it disrupted the whole space.
