Front Doors lock from 3pm and building closes at 5pm. Good variety of meeting space. Reception staff are very helpful and super friendly.

Overall working at Industrious is nice. The offices are lit with plenty of daylight. Snacks are a nice perk. Neighbors are great. Access is easy. The one issue that makes working here very uncomfortable is the temperature. I've never worked in an office that keeps the temperature at 67-69 degrees. It's just to cold. The systems are old and it feels like a big waste of resources. I've requested help with this many times to no avail. Maybe the systems just can't be fixed.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious, with all the appropriate shared-office accommodations; whiteboards, monitors, comfortable chairs, common areas, private phone booths and meeting conference rooms, free snacks/beverages, etc. Would definitely recommend and return for future team events.

I wish one of these coworking spaces would open up in a space not in downtown Portland. The location is less than ideal with limited parking and high crime rates. Would love to see one go in near where people actually lived.
