We had not noticed any signs of a problem but decided to get a routine inspection anyway. They found some droppings inside the ductwork that we never would have known about otherwise. It is a relief knowing we caught something we could not see on our own.

Before I could even mention my floors the technician from Pure Flow Air Duct had already put on booties. That small thing showed me right away that I had made the right call. The rest of the job was just as thoughtful.

I never realized how much dust builds up in a system until I consulted with Pure Flow. The technicians were friendly and had a good conversation before they had the ducts cleaned. They were detailed and made sure to take their time with every duct. The duct cleaning changed how the house felt. The AC runs better, and that musty smell is gone. It really feels like we’re breathing fresher air every day!
