Waited for order 1 month still didnt recived snything.customer service didn't answer, no answer on email.just took money from me and doesn't want to refund

Initially, I was sent a defective product (PPE item). It was important to get a replacement as soon as possible so I could use it for work. It took longer than I hoped, but Jhon Anderson Betancur, in returns, was very responsive and helpful to move the process along. Without him, I would not be giving 5 stars. The replacement item is functioning fine, and if the first item came that way, I wouldn't have known that the returns department do their best to make things right.

Like many others, my order has failed to ship for 1.5 weeks and counting. I reached out after 1 week to check progress and I was promised shipment that day - 2 business days and counting have elapsed since that time without update. Any savings I realized with this vendor have been long wiped out by the extra babysitting of this order and missed opportunity by not having the item delivered on time. I would not recommend.
