This guy is a crook. Don't use him. He found a tenant for my building who was shady as hell. I had to evict them halfway through my lease and Mark Glenn, the owner of Industrial Properties, said he would reimburse me for the unearned commission of approximately $3,400.00. When I tried to collect today first said he couldn't remember saying he would reimburse me, then he said I took money from him when he leased the property since he had to pay a referral fee to my other agent. DON'T USE THIS GUY AS HE IS SUPER SHADY.
All of my dealings with Mark Glenn have been exceptional. He is hospitable and will go out of his way to make you feel as if you are his most important client. He is plugged in to the city of Reno and is a civic minded leader. His wealth of knowledge in the industrial property space can be a benefit to your team. Put his 28 years of servant leadership to work for you, and you are certain to be pleased.
