Derrick and the crew did a great job on my dad's Honda Civic. He took time to explain in detail what they did to the car, why they did it and then explained a few other issues he found. At no time was there pressure to have the others fixed right away. Just an all around great experience! My dad is getting a little older and I'm glad he can go somewhere and not get taken advantage of.
