Dropped my bathroom exhaust fan off over 2 weeks ago. The first time I called to check the owner couldn’t even find it.I called today to check on it again and was told “oh we couldn’t find any parts for it, so you need to come and pick it up.” No one bothered to let me know about it before.Terrible customer service
