very unprofessional. I had to go here for several VA exams through QTC. QTC was fine, these people are horrible.
I just followed up with my va claim since I drove over three hours each way for hearing exam without being seen! Dr Kyle Lindholm couldn't do exam or refused because of little wax in my ear! Of course, I was a little pissed but today when I rescheduled they put in that I never showed up! This big mistake could have reset process of my Va hearing disability claim! Bless all vets who are battling our horrible free healthcare!
They are just paid to deny all applicants. Inhumane and evil
These people are the rudest @$$**|£$ I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and arrogant. If I knew the number to turn their @$$e$ in to the state, I would. I sincerely feel sorry for my daughter (or anyone) that's going to them just to try to get SSI. Just because we have a disability or several doesn't mean we deserve to be treated like $#!+ - especially if it's a child going for the appointments.
I had a great experience here. Staff was professional and friendly. I got in in a very timely manner. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room.
