The address is wrong I was on the phone for over an hour just on hold driving around trying to figure out where it is and it’s not 210 East Main Street or 643 Route 211 east Middletown it’s scotchtown! I have an 11 year old autistic son and waited for two hours! However the gentleman doctor was an absolute sweetheart and he was very apologetic.
Called in March 2020 claiming they were Social Security Disability. They are NOT Social Security. October 2020, Social Security Disability denied my benefits I have been getting for over 30 years from a motor vehicle accident. Why force someone to travel hundreds of miles during this covid-19 pandemic to a populated area where they are having problems. I didn't go. Government telling me to stay home and agreed to me not going to IMA. Now what? Now IMA has ruined my life. What am I going to do now? Don't trust these people. R... read more
They only do drug testing from 830-3... not mentioned online and was told I should of called. How about updating your website
Just waited 3 1/2 hrs to see the doctor.
