I can't say enough good things about this company!!! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my wax heater. Even supplied me with another heater at no charge when my extension cord burnt the thermostat out. I've had to contact Matt several times to "pick his brain" and he always answered my questions and helped me without any benefit to him or his company. AMAZING company and even better customer service!!! 10 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Extremely poor customer service. I've called their main number and received their voicemail the last 5 attempts. I received 1 response from their email and have been ghosted ever since. Extremely disappointing.
Its better to call the service line listed on their website. talked to matt in customer service and he answered all my questions and helped me find the correct heaters for my caswell plating kit. also shipped the heaters same day. Great customer service !
