I would give them zero stars if I could. First of all they didn't show up to the appointment then was late for the follow up appointment. They never returned my calls or emails. I was mailed a invoice past due but never got the results of the test. Absolutely do not work with this company by any means.

Unfortunately (and fortunately) after leaving voicemails and emails each week for a month and getting no response, we found another vendor. The new vendor has been phenomenal with responsiveness, quality of work and higher caliber equipment. I do not recommend Industrial Hearing Service Inc.

I was able to connect to make an appointment, but they never showed up and I haven't been able to get responses to emails or calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values integrity or service. it is unfortunate because I wanted to continue doing business with IHS. Now we need to start over and hope to find a company that will follow through.

Industrial Hearing Service Inc has been a pleasure to work with over the years. All my interactions with them they have been very professional and they clearly strive to provide a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend them for all your OSHA hearing testing needs.

Honestly not worth the bad customer service. I dont know if they are just extremely busy and lack employees, or what is going on but it needs to change. Submitted info for a quote, received a quote, asked one question and have not received an email since (It has been approximately 2-3 weeks). We will be going with a more reputable company for our annual testing.
