The young ladies are very professional and kind and very helpful
I had a great experience with this company, specifically Pam and JJ. I had a back injury a few months ago and needed help with restoring functionality and alleviating pain. JJ did an assessment and laid out a plan for our sessions. Pam guided me through exercises and gave me helpful tips on how to handle back pain and stiffness when I am at work. The staff are great. They take rhe time to go over techniques and explaining the exercises. The follow up on visits are great too, see how you feel and if you had any pain. The staff also goes over other workouts you do to help any other pain you have. From your injury which really helps. The staff has been great to get me back to work. I can't thank the enough!
