Horrible experience. Had the owner come out to review a new warehouse space to quote racking. 3 weeks later we asked for the quote and when he came back out he gave me something that was totally different then what we had discussed. He then said we never discussed anything and I said we met here 1 time before to walk through the space. His drawing had racking covering doorways and was horrible.
