We had an unfortunate event in which one of the 2 air compressors was down awaiting parts and the back up air compressor failed to come up to pressure. Industrial Diagnostics promptly responded to my call and had a tech on site in an hour. Tech was well versed with our 25 year old machine and was able to get us back on line within an hour. He made suggestions on parts which will need to be replaced and was working on getting us a quote. Excellent service and prompt response!
We have a truck repair shop, when our compressor is down we are out of business. that happened this morning. I called Tommy at 9 am he had a technician here within 1 hour and the repairs were made a hour later. we are back up and running. absolutely outstanding service. i would have given 6 stars if possible!
Great customer service! Really helped me over the phone to diagnose my problem. They really have a knowledge in the industry! Would highly recommend they know what they’re doing!
