Reth was an amazing human being, and one of the best managers I've ever worked for, but he has retired now. Luis has replaced him. Luis was very polite towards me at first, because I work hard, and work smart, but my coworkers who were new didn't have the same experiences; he was condescending and belittling towards them. I recently got my Associates as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and before I sought employment in that field I decided to take on some work that would bring in some quick cash for a couple weeks to ease our financial responsibilities that were piling high. If you’re a woman wanting to be heard or taken seriously don't work here. Don't be fooled because even the woman in office that work at this establishment sold their voice just to be there they won’t advocate for you at all. If you’re a woman and you find yourself here remember you are allowed to talk , you are allowed to be yourself and stick up for yourself in a very man dominanted field. Remember you are strong! I don’t know how many time gross men wanted to sleep with me and this company protects them, stay safe y’all.
