Poor customer service
I am sorry I ever dealt with this bunch of morons. Ordered a pressure switch to be air freighted out but they sent it ground, that didn't fix the problem so had their service tech come out. He inspected the machine and ordered a new inlet tube; had that air freighted out to find it's the wrong one. Now they want photos of the machine. That's not happening. I'll make a new inlet tube (should have done that in the first place). In my opinion these incompetents don't deserve any more of my business or anyone else.
