They received our DRO unit and wanted the money up front. They did not contact us for weeks about the repair, so I played phone tag with a answering machine, to which I never got a call back from. When I was able to contact the lady who answers the phone some times, She said that the unit was repaired and was sending it back to us. When it arrived, it was packaged in a small UPS shipping box, barely bigger than the DRO unit, with a single layer of small bubble wrap on it and damaged by shipping and it did not work. DON’T! This guy is a Total rip off!! I’d say no stars but it’s not an option! Sent him a control module for a crane he said he could fix, waited over a month with very little communication then when we did get ahold of him he said he would be sending it back within the week, we paid him $1200 and got it back untouched and still inoperable. And guess what, haven’t been able to reach him since!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very responsive for payment but POOR customer service after receiving the package in very poor condition. Never sent us the report, never answered the phone after several calls and emails. Awful work, our board never turn on and charged us $1,250. Total Scam! Please don’t fall!!!
