Highly recommend this Industrial Barre + Ride! The Owners and Coaches are fantastic and friendly. Individual attention, form and fun all in one place. Great COVID practices in place. And I always leave with a smile on my face because I’m glad I’m done (challenging in all the right ways) and SO happy I went.
I tried going here over the summer because of the groupon... but let me tell you I was hooked after one class. It's always an amazing workout and a great time (even half asleep at 6am)! Pretty much every day I go and my entire life is better for it. My flexibility and strength are steadily increasing from barre. Cycle classes here are a a sweaty cardio party!
