I'm obsessed with the energy, community, vibes, classes. I'm getting so strong. Folks of all walks of life and ages in each class. So much more community and welcoming than any other spin studio I've ever been to.
Industrial rocks— the ideal high-quality space to spin, see familiar faces, and track metrics to see real growth. It’s an option for people who are athletes as much as it is for folks who just love to spin! I am grateful to Steve for hosting weekly masked barre classes for immunocompromised folks. Steve makes the class fun, welcoming and beginner friendly (but still very challenging). Highly recommend this class and studio!
