Horrible Horrible insurance company ! They prey on the eldery, my grandmother who is now 89 got scammed 10 years ago into paying into a life insurance agreement for 20 years with only 10k pay out. She has been paying this whole time and has paid them 18k so far, $200 per month payments she has been making with the little pension she gets. Thinking she will get a big pay out, it is only 10k and if she finishes paying into her 20 year agreement she would have paid them $48k!!! Worst ever! If you open an investment to them and decided to change it to different company OMG! They will do everything for you not to get your investment. I have been wanting my investment to be transferred it since April until now they won’t let me. Transferred to another agent, transfer again , different information, hang up the phone, they will tell you will loose 6k at end if you transfer so you will think again, they will check if there is available manager. They think we are stupid!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST health insurance provider.
