Terrible customer service. The staff at the Carrefour Laval location are rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in helping customers. No one greeted me when I walked in. They were too busy chatting and laughing at the front to acknowledge anyone. When I asked a question, I got attitude and eye-rolls. It felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I’m someone who’s had TERRIBLE experiences with hair dressers, always messed up my hair and never gave me what i wanted. Today i had cut my hair with a very nice talented lady called MayMay, SHE NAILED IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH HER!!! LOOK AT HOW CUTE MY HAIR IS. i was so happy that i hugged her.
J’ignore le nom de la coiffeuse sur laquelle je suis tombée mais c’est une Asiatique d’environ 50 ans anglophone qui parle très peu français. Si vous tombez sur elle, expliquez-lui ce que vous voulez en anglais. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais, montrez lui des photos ou changez de coiffeuse tout simplement.
