Service à la clientèle décevant. Je suis venue poser quelques questions au sujet de la coloration, mais la coloriste m’a constamment coupé la parole et m’a donné de mauvais conseils sans même prendre le temps de me demander mon historique capillaire.
I came on Sunday and I had such a great experience with Lily! She was super friendly and really took the time to understand my hair concerns. The products she recommended were spot on - I’ve already noticed a difference and my hair feels softer and healthier. She explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and made me feel really comfortable asking questions. Honestly, she went above and beyond. Highly recommend seeing her if you need someone who actually cares and knows what they’re talking about!

The first time I went there because I didn’t know anything about how to take care of my hair properly, and it showed. And I met the sweetest and the most understanding worker Lilian, she told me the type of hair I have and analyze what was up with my hair after only a few questions.
