If I can give 0 stars I will. Very unprofessional place, they did not cancel my reservation and asked me to come earlier only to tell me that they cannot do my hair anymore and gave my spot for another customer. I do not recommend if you value respect.

I took my 12 year old in for layers and long cheekbone length sweeping bangs and the woman gave her bangs cut right at her eyebrow length!! This is a serious mistake. My child has been crying for a day because it’s not at all what we asked for. Why do hairdressers do this?? It’s not a difficult request. I paid 60$ for sadness and regret. I originally had black virgin hair and decided to do something different at home and ended up looking so bad. I came in with botched hair it was so ugly and uneven. Jennifer and Yasser gave me so much hope with their consultation. I loved their honesty and communication on how to proceed. Kelly was the one who did my hair. I went for a pixie cutt i was very clear on the way to do it and the girl didnt even bother checking her clipper size and i was literally bald ! Horrible !!!!!
