I had a terrible experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. I went in for a blow-dry, and not only was I overcharged ($95!), but the service was subpar. The stylist didn’t even use conditioner on my hair, which is a basic step for any hair treatment. To make matters worse, she claimed she don’t have her blow-drying tools and used a styling tool without applying any hair care products to protect my hair. Extremely overpriced. A haircut typically includes washing and blow-drying, but I was charged extra because my hair is long. How can a trim cost just $10 less than a full haircut? They didn’t have blow-drying brushes and styled my hair using curlers and flat irons instead. While the stylist was kind, the overall experience was disappointing. No heat protectant was applied before styling, and no conditioner was used after washing. For my waist-length hair, they charged $120 for a simple trim and styling I didn’t even request.... read more
