This best Indian in South Florida
Went based on a friend's recommendation. The restaurant was a full house but understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes to place my order and another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Finally, I had to cancel my dessert because I was tired of waiting and not been attended to. No apologies or sympathy was provided when I canceled my desert. The food was good but wasn't served not in proper order. The atmosphere and the ambiance were good.
The food here is excellent! Flavorful but not heavy, totally unique. I love that you will find dishes here not available at other Indian restaurants. I will be in Florida in one week for my vacation and the highlight is to see how many times I can go to Indus!
The staff was excellent and the service was great. I would recommend everyone to Indus
Fantastic food and atmosphere. Beautifully redecorated. The personable owner, Sanji Lawrence, is always there making sure the food and service is up to his very high standards. Servers are friendly and knowledge and his chef turns our food that is above and beyond the best I've ever had. Open for lunch and dinner (with a break in between), 7 days a week. There is also a lounge for smaller private parties and a seperate banquet facility right next door for big parties, weddings and the like. Highly recommended.
