This whole building is like a popup fast food joint. I was directed to an " Empire Clinical Research", where there are no signs are evidence until you walk around trying to find a bathroom and then find a unmarked room that is the place. One clerk roots around and says none of the studies are available and then they just stop talking to me. I went to the West Covina location. No doctor on the establishment seemed to care about me personally. My primary doctor didn’t believe me when I told her I had a panic attack after taking the medications that SHE prescribed for me. I don’t think she should make prescriptions as she isn’t sure what the medications actually do and not sure about the dosages to prescribe either. Horrible place. Horrible doctor. The treatment I received from my attending doctor was rude and could care less that his practice had me there as a patient or not, especially when his practice couldn’t fix and continue with what they started me with in the first place. There original owner who sold his practice to this doctor should have made another choice. I miss what the practice was called before this horrible place took over and left me to deal with everything on my own because they couldn’t finish what they started.
The WORST! After waiting almost 8 months I thought the day was finally here where my health would be taken seriously. Until they called to reschedule me AGAIN. They said the provider was sick and that they could reschedule me for the next day with a different provider. Figured what's one more day, at least they were not rescheduling MONTHS out like they had done before. They never pick up phone calls told Dr Paliwal for weeks about disability never did it had issues with authorizations also and to get a hold of somebody there is a hassle they never pick up calls
