She is so kind loving and understanding. And keeps me well informed.
The doctor & her PA/nurse practitioner are quite pleasant. The reason for the low rating is: the office staff has repeatedly failed to get refill requests to the doctor and pharmacy, as well as failed to schedule off-site testing as needed. I have considered changing neurology specialists, but they are "thin on the ground" around here, and I don't like having to drive almost 100 miles just for a 20 minute appointment.
