Top Level Service! When there for laser treatment and these folks know how to treat a client and service her well. I was scared because of the pain my sister felt & I hate pain. This place is totally PAIN-FREE. No numbing creme because there is nothing to numb. 3 treatments later and I see the difference. The other people who work there really show they like their jobs. Can't wait to try other services there.
I went there last Saturday and the place is very nice and fency….the staff people made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at the front desk …….I waited for a very long time over 30 min …….the front desk staff did not give me any eye contact nor letting me know anything like we are short of people or ….just something…..i had to get up and asked if I was going to get my service or not ……….As my rating I will say nice place but the staff does not have any customer service skills….
Just have to say thank you to the excellent staff at indulgences, very accomodating and helped me chose the right gift certificates that my wife used for her birthday. Thanks to Mark for walking me through the services and making it easy for me!
This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I set up a couples massage for mine and my husband's anniversary. They cancelled on us 30 min before the appointment time and was unable to get us another appointment for 2 MONTHS!!!! When I asked for a refund, I was hung up on by the DIRECTOR of the company repeatedly. He refused to talk to me with respect, called me names, and was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I'm must admit I am now a little leery about a an upcoming appointment to this spa. After reading these reviews I am almost tempted to cancel my appointment. It is my hope that the issues and complaints, have been properly tended to and since resolved. I would hate for my first experience at Indulgence to be a bad one, especially since local competitors have equally as horrible reviews. Really pleased with my laser hair removal results after just one visit. Can't really tell a lot on my lower legs but there is a huge difference with my bikini line. Got a massage and a facial, decent. Pedicure was great. They need a lounge for waiting in between treatments - sitting up front is not relaxing. The girl at the very front desk wasn't too friendly, she also needs to be trained on necessary paperwork so you don't have to do it in between treatments. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.
Wow---my experiences at Indulgences have been wonderful! I am single and an educator; therefore, I am perpetually on a budget for EVERYTHING! For me to "indulge" is a true privilege. I purchased the groupon for laser hair removal a couple months ago. I was a little skeptical at first about the service not working, but the results are absolutely amazing!!! I have zero underarm hair! Lol! Not only am I completely in love and addicted to the laser, just going in there is a treat! The owner Molley is NEVER there and does not care. She does not return phone calls or messages. The staff is rude and ignorant. They all stand around like they have nothing to do while you are waiting for them to acknowlege you. It's overpriced and the tanning beds seem to always have some issues. Don't waste your time!
