I’m not normally one to leave reviews. But I’m so disappointed with my nails that I need to warn future customers. I booked a Sns French natural nails almond. I even provided a reference photo for the nail technician. She barely acknowledged me the entire time. When another customer asked for her attention, she completely botched my service. I was left with sloppy nails and a rough, bumpy, matt finish that looks like sandpaper on my thumb. Very humbling experience. I was ignored. Unattended and left with $75 down the drain. ... read more
After the management change i returned today after trying others (that I have been so disappointed in ) in the area and I was blown away, attention to detail was great no rushing 🙃 good chat and great service .. Thank you Ladies ... all round good experience 😀
SNS nails with tips I have been going to this salon for 3 years now,as of late they change the nail tec you ask for ( which is on the booking site by name ) with out telling you. On a few occasions I have arrived and it’s been some one different. Today it happened again,as she was doing my nails I pointed out a few issues and she ignored me completely then started talking to her colleague and ignoring my concerns.
