Took my grandaughter today for highlights, for 1 it was an awful start out experience for her , it took 4 hrs for them to get her hair, foiled we were very disappointed in the service we were quoted 110.00 when we made the appointment ended up having to pay 165.00 and her hair still was not what she wanted done not to mention the chemical that was splashed in her eye or the toner that ended up in some of her ear and to still be charged that kind of money, smh so un professional and for her first time getin services done ther... read more
Edited review. Friend had really bad experience with a staffer that hadnt done highlights before but owner Shephanie made it right it looks great. 4/5 stars for overall experience. Stephanie shows compassion for her work and did an honest 5/5 rework of my friends hair. I personally as well as my friend definitely loves how it looks now. Good job. Recommend that Josh guy go back to school or at least is supervised when doing highlights until hes at least decent enough and shows better results.
Don’t get your hopes up!! I scheduled a double facial for my mom and myself about six weeks in advance and even paid a deposit to “reserve” our appointments. The Thursday before our Saturday appointment, the salon called to confirm the appointment. I confirmed that we’d be there at the appointment time, 10:30am on Saturday. Adrian and Danielle! Ive had t pleasure of Danielle 2x & shesssssss Awesome , caring & attentive. She had done my pedi & meow 1st time gel X. She was detailed & precise. Not to mention funny. I just love hers. As far as gel X compared to Acrylic they're definitely not as strong, and I feel like they have already lifted a bit where dirt can get inside. My daughters came off day 2. Rachel was amazing! 🤩 she did such a fantastic job on my blonding highlights. She took her time to do it perfectly and paid attention to so much detail. I have been to four other stylist in Roanoke and she by far did the best job. I highly recommend her for your dream hair vision. She will listen and do what you ask.
