CRYSTAL was absolutely amazing!! I went in there with ORANGE like highlights from getting my hair done at an expensive place in New Jersey. Got nothing that I asked for and was devastated. I’ve always had such a great experience at Indulgence Hair Salon! Phylicia has been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I’ve followed her from her previous salon to when she opened her own place—which says everything about how amazing she is. I would of been a new client. To make a long story short they refused to (RESCHEDULE) my appointment.They kept my $85 desposit and want to charge me another $85 deposit in order for me to make another appointment. I was told that the owner would call me back she never did despite multiple attempts on my part to speak with her. Policy states that if you CANCEL your appt they have the right to stay with your deposit. I was rescheduling with ample notice and those two things are very different.
