Frozan is warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She is very accommodating with scheduling. She is talented and knowledgeable in everything she does. She gives great advice and tips without over selling anything or pushing her products, she genuinely cares about you and your needs. I love going to see her and I always leave happy and satisfied with my visit. She is all-around a great person!
I saw a Groupon coupon for Microdermabrasion treatment at Indulgence. I took an appointment and met Frozan at Indulgence. My problem was to get rid of black spots on my face and to look younger. Frozans office and spa room are very clean, inviting, comfortable & relaxing. I went to her for a specialized acne facial and by the time the facial was over I decided to purchase the six facial package instead because I loved my experience so much.
