Called for appointments several times and told they do not take new clients. I have not encountered this with any other company.
This may be long but I want to share my unfortunate experience with this salon. I was excited to have Beth do my hair for the wedding. She was suggested by my makeup artist and was local which I loved, as I wanted to support local for where my wedding would be! Everything was set, deposit paid, trial in the books! As my wedding is now closer, I reached out to discus timeline/ how long and to get an idea of that. Worst experience possible. I have been to some very elite salons in the cities. I have tried 3 times to book an appointment. Called once and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Emailed.once and never heard back. Stopped to book an appointment and they don't do that either. Don't bother trying to get your hair done. Patti S
I am so in LOVE with Indulge!! From the coffee shop to the salon services, everything is 5 stars. Both of the baristas are very friendly, along with the stylish receptionist at the front desk. I’m usually super picky about my hair and anxious about trying new places but Beth was so personable and easy to talk to!! She listened to what I didn’t like about my hair and fixed it perfectly. I had my first pedicure by Riley last week. Afterwards I went home to find dead skin still around my toes, the stuff under my big toes were not scrapped out, and the nail polish was in places it shouldn't be. I spent 30 minutes myself scrubbing the dead skin off, cleaning under the nails and fixing the polish. Definitely not worth what I had paid her. Very disappointed!
