Look no further for the area's top hair stylist – I would highly recommend hairstylist Julie Moore at Indulge Salon and Spa. She is truely a Master with hair and top in her field. Kansas City is LUCKY to have her in our area. She has extensive training in hair color and is certified to teach hair coloring classes.
