Went in as a walk on customer for a haircut. I already had very short hair but wanted to go to an edgy asymetrical pixie. Karen cut my hair and did an excellent job! I have never been more satisfied, she took the time and really listened to what I wanted out of a hairstyle. Unlike previous experiences elsewhere, she kept communication open throughout the cut, not just a show a picture and go. I have never felt so satisfied with a haircut! Wish I could rate it a 6
