This place is beautiful. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Periodically they have a pianist that comes to play and makes you feel very relaxed. My go-to place for anything spa.
i went to get a mani and pedi, the guy cut my nails off so short and didn't even file them straight...there were jagged edges everywhere. The guy also poured acetone into the nail polish bottle to dilute it right in front of me! Two days later the edges of my nails were smudging off! They give poor quality work and have poor quality product.
I loved this spa everyone was so friendly there were american/ vietnamese working together it was pretty cool! They took there time I never felt rushed/ and get this they have frozen margaritas, it was clean,so I decided to take some friends back and again had a wonderful experience, my friends have made this there regular place! I love getting my nails done again because of this spa! So if you are looking for a totally different type of nail spa where you don't have feel like your just getting a slam job I would so recommen... read more

Best, cleanest, friendliest salon in new braunfels. Love this place!!!!
Ive been here twice and the first time was OKAY but that was bc I was the only one in the salon at the time. The second time was horrible. They took forever to get to my pedicure and then when someone finally did come over he was less than happy to be doing his job and never asked me what scent I wanted for my pedi masque and skipped a lot of the regular pedicure process like cutting the cutticles and buffing. The whole experience was just very un-pleaseant and when I told the receptionist the matter was not addressed.
This was the cleanest salon I have ever been to. All of the staff we speaking English and I was given a complimentary frozen margarita. This place is awesome!!
Beautiful surroundings. Relaxing and pampering. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
