I booked a appointment with Derek Friday for nails and pedicure and i booked acrylic full set and Derek didn't put the acrylic on my real nails just the gel polish and my real nails started breaking immediately that's not what i booked and my pedicure was ruined as soon as i got home when i called to let Derek know he stated that i had to pay again if i wanted done right. Then i asked for the manager and they wouldn't get her to the phone
Lillia (I'm not sure of the spelling) was phenomenal! Very funny lady, tells you how it is, and enjoys conversation. She kept taking about how no one ever talks because of the language barrier, but she was a dream to chat with! She made feel like family, even the kind that tells you the truth that's hard to hear (my feet were pretty rough, lol). Definitely going to see her again!!!
I’ve been going to them when they used to be Rose Spa (13 years) Always good personable and professional. I drive from Conway to see them. Always amazing!!!!
Derek is very thorough and attentive at his work. He does my manicures and pedicures! Would recommend.
They are wonderful! Derek does a great job!
