I made an appointment for 9:30 for my daughters sweet 16th birthday as a surprise. They later called me and changed it to 10. On our way we ran into a backup at the light that took 10 minutes to get out of and ended up getting there 9 minutes after 10, were we were met by the "stylist" who VERY rudely let me and everyone else in the waiting area know that she can not take my daughter today because we are late and she squeezed her in between 2 other clients! Bernie is amazing. He will try to do what he can to make your hair the way you want and takes the timely effort to make sure you get the style you want. I let my dark genetic roots out too long, but he spent 3 dye sessions until he got it back to my natural blond!
