I honestly don’t understand why this place is STILL advertising makeup application services when they clearly do not offer them anymore. This already happened to my friend before, and now the exact same thing happened to me. I booked my appointment yesterday. There was PLENTY of time to contact me if the service was unavailable. Instead, they decided to call me at 1:20 PM for a 4 PM appointment to tell me they “actually don’t offer that service anymore.” How is that acceptable? I have recently started becoming a regular to the place. Generally — a good level of service and an accommodating atmosphere (I have been accommodated twice with re-scheduling emergencies 🫶). A little more attention to detail would be appreciated : one of my manicures was not done to the fullest (but that has been discussed and resolved).
Staff is very friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend. Thank you, ladies!!
