Breathwork with Alex was such a gift that I’m truly grateful to have experience the support and non judgement zone of being able to feel completely safe within myself, to let go of what no longer served me anymore and to feel more connected to who I needed to reconnect back to. Alex was super helpful and made me feel at ease despite breathwork being an important part of our daily practice, this FBR experience triumphs over it all.
