Chris Chapman is amazingly great! Several times I brought my car at InDrive and he and his staff dealt with it quickly, no upselling and straight to the point. He also fixed a few minor problems in my car and didn't ask for payment. I'm not saying this so people could take advantage of him, it just says a lot about him that he's willing to help, not a businessman trying to make profit out of every customer. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and honest and are not out to get your money which is a relief. Will go to them from now on no doubt, highly recommended!
Went there for a second opinion on a transmission issue. They took the car for a drive, put it on the hoist and diagnosed, then referred us to a place in Newmarket who fixed it. No one else in Barrie would even look at it. I highly recommend In Drive!
