They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff didn't care. My complaints were totally ingnored. I was completely Unsatisfied with my visit and I will NEVER go back. Please stay away.
