dr Gupta is nice and all but the nurse who draws blood is nasty I heard the nurse yelling at a kid to be quiet so she can draw his blood she's very rude
I am only giving three stars for the wonderful nurses and receptionists that work here. As for Dr. Gupta, where do I begin with my experience? I will share a short and rather upsetting story: I had my first appointment a few years ago with Dr. Gupta. It was an annual checkup, and in the first room I had shared about mood disorders and other mental health concerns. I have been taking my son here for the last few yrs. I like his doctor very much. The receptionist is very nice and they always tend to my child when he is sick. My son has no problem with getting shots and getting his blood drawn. He's a very brave boy. After being administered shots and a needle for blood work, he was very nervous because the lady that does it is very rough. I asked her last time to be gentle.
