I don't think anybody is working at this place? I have called through numerous times today, tried all 3 departments several times at different times of the day, but noone ever picked up or called back, I was always rerouted to mailbox or simply hung up on. "your call is important to us" - I really REALLY doubt that. Get your customer service under control, this is ridiculous.
Benny was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He clearly explained all features, financing options, and warranties. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and everything went smoothly.
Called these idiots for parts for my car dont even pick up the phone. Terrible customer service

Jack knows cars. I bought my first car off Jack and I’ll come back for the next. Normally car dealers are not trust worthy but Jack is the real deal. Five stars
