I was extremely pleased with Pranesh's service. I needed a car within a week and spoke with Pranesh over the phone, he answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Provided me with options and made the process easy and convenient according to my needs. He did everything he could to get me the car I wanted within one week. I am incredibly disappointed but I bought a car off Alex in GWM section about 6 weeks' ago. Apparently, he tried to rush the transfer (receipt of car) for me on a Saturday before I flew overseas and couldn't do it because the money didn't come through until the Monday. So the benefit of that is that he had 10 days to get my car ready for pick up when I returned form overseas. We had lots of communication about this. Got a nice person Alex helped us to get our new car. We bough Haval H6 Ultra Hybrid NEW...! The process from the time we enquired till handover was very neat. given what was promised..! Alex is a wonderful person and easy to deal with and resourceful.
