I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The salesperson assured me over the phone that the car I was interested in was on site. I drove over an hour to inspect it and was ready to purchase on the spot if everything checked out. Pranesh was lovely to deal with. Anything he didn’t know, he found out quickly and returned with answers. Management were easy to deal with and at the end of the day we got a great car! The process was made simplistic and transparent. There was no “push push” to make a sale. We were made comfortable throughout the process and kept informed of things through to delivery. I’d buy here again.
I bought Hawal H6 Lux Hybrid demo model. Sales team were nice in the start; however, post purchase (two week),while fitting reverse dash cam i found a few fabric issues (many yellow .marks on the rear side of roof - photo attached) in the car. I did not check car throughout assuming it is a demo model and buying from reputed dealer.
