Great place to stay at
The house is quite lovely but it's lacking in upkeep and housekeeping. We were disappointed to discover that you cannot enter the pool from inside the house. There are doors but they are sealed shut. A coded lock would be much more convenient especially in inclement weather. Who wants to have to run through rain or snow to get to the INDOOR pool. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, as well. (no thermometer to check the temp, that we saw) and by day 3 the water was getting cloudy. The hot tub was not functioning on our arr... read more
So many complaints from our yearly get together: We had looked forward to spending time together for a year and had been here years before and it was wonderful-different story this time. The pool which was to be the highlight of this house was in terrible shape and we did not get to swim the whole time we were there. They finally had it straightened out on Thursday and that was the only day we had made plans to be away from the house and we checked out Friday morning.
